No refunds will be provided once a customer purchases any digital service and the service process has been initiated.
If a customer chooses to cancel the service after work has started, no refund will be offered under any circumstances. Instead of that, we will offer an alternative service of equal value for the same paid amount.
If Technofy Digital fails to deliver the purchased service within the agreed timeline, the company will provide a 100% refund of the service amount.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review service details, timelines, and deliverables before making a purchase.
Refund requests made after service initiation or partial delivery of services will not be entertained.
